Period and renewal
One month at a time
The price covers one property for one month. There’s no setup fee or letting commission. Near the end of the month, we’ll ask whether you want to continue. We won’t renew it or take another payment without your agreement.
Premium option
Choose Premium for £199 + VAT
The Premium package costs £199 + VAT (£238.80 including VAT) in total for one property and one agreed month. It uses a Rightmove Premium Listing instead of the standard format; it is not £199 on top of the standard package.
Your part
You keep control of the letting
You or your authorised representative supply the property facts and photographs, approve the advert and answer enquiries. You also arrange viewings, choose the tenant, negotiate terms and instruct the advisers needed to complete the lease.
Not included
What we don’t do
- Photography visits or professional photoshoots
- Direct outreach to businesses to find tenants
- Full property management or conducting viewings
- Lease drafting, legal advice or completion work
- Featured portal products other than the £199 + VAT Rightmove Premium package
- A guarantee of a tenant, enquiries or a letting date
Optional extras: Premium is a £199 + VAT package choice, not an automatically added charge. Any other enhanced portal product would need separate availability, scope and pricing.
Preparation promise
Agreed advertising submitted within five working days
After we have confirmed we can accept the instruction, received the first monthly fee, complete property information and current photographs, confirmed your authority to advertise, and received your approval of the advert, we will prepare and submit the agreed advertising within five working days.
14-day review
No enquiries? We take another look.
If the agreed listing has been live for 14 consecutive days without an enquiry and the property remains available, we will review the opening description, property facts, photograph order and overall presentation with you.
