Is Rightmove Commercial included in the £149 + VAT?

Yes. One standard Rightmove Commercial listing is included in the £149 + VAT monthly package. Alternatively, choose the Premium Listing package for £199 + VAT (£238.80 inc VAT) in total for that month. Other Featured portal products are not included.

Can you guarantee enquiries or a tenant?

No. Advertising cannot guarantee a particular number of enquiries, a suitable tenant or a letting date. If there are no enquiries after the first 14 live days, we will review the controllable parts of the marketing and make one agreed refresh at no additional charge.

Do I need professional photographs?

No. Current phone photographs are welcome if they are sharp, honest and show the important spaces and access. We do not offer photography visits or photoshoots.

Does submitting a form start the advertising?

No. The short form simply asks us to call you. Nothing is published and no payment is taken until the property has been discussed and the service is agreed.

How long does the package run?

One month at a time. Any further month is renewed by agreement; the website does not set up an automatic recurring payment.
